RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS All firearm and ammunition sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted for firearms and ammunition. To process a return for a non-firearm item, you may return the item directly to your store or go to our Contact Us page to begin the return process. The item must be in good selling condition and also have the packaging. It is at the stores discretion to return or not. Items that have been picked up for more than 30 days are ineligible for returns. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are not refundable. Cancelled and returned orders may be subject to a 10% restock fee.

GENERAL FIREARM SALES All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check your local and state regulations before ordering. You are at least 21 years of age if purchasing a handgun or an ATF defined “Other” firearm or ammunition for use in handguns. You are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm. You are not under indictment in any court for a felony or any crime for which the judge could sentence you to over one year. You have not been convicted of a felony in any court, or any crime, for which the judge could have sentenced you to more than one year, even if your sentence was shorter. You are not a fugitive from justice You are not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance. We store some information for accounting reasons. ORDER FULFILLMENT All Orders will be available for pickup in store. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is available for pick up at your Rhino's Ammo location. All Firearms must be shipped to an FFL. All other items are eligible to be shipped directly to you. ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money. If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that seller will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog. AMMUNITION PURCHASES You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

New Firearms purchases can only be shipped to Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. Please enter your FFL address in the "Shipping" address of your order. Contact your FFL dealer and have them email a signed copy of their license to rhinosammo@yahoo.com prior to shipment, referencing your name and order number.

Buying a gun online is an easy, no-hassle process. In just FOUR simple steps you can be on your way to owning your new firearm. Purchasing Step 1 - Select The Gun 1. Select The Gun You Wish To Buy Find your next new gun at Rhinosammo.com by searching for it and clicking on it, just like any other product. Purchasing Step 2 - Add The Gun To Your Cart 2. Add The Gun To Your Cart Enter the quantity of guns you want to buy, and then click "Add To Cart." If you wish, you may continue shopping for more guns, or other products that do not require an FFL. If you simultaneously purchase a mixture of FFL items (guns, receivers, etc.) and Non-FFL items (magazines, flashlights, cleaning gear, etc.), the FFL items will automatically ship to the FFL you choose, and the Non-FFL items will automatically ship to your selected/home address. We cannot ship a gun direct to you, we do ship to the local FFL dealer of your choice. Any legitimate gun store or gun dealer has an FFL license; pawn shops and collectors may also have them. It is best to locate a FFL dealer to transfer your gun before you place your order. However, you can place your order first and then provide us with your FFL dealer info before we ship. We can hold your order for about 7 business days to give you time to locate a dealer and arrange a transfer. Purchasing Step 3 - Checkout To Complete Your Gun Purchase 3. Checkout To Complete Your Gun Purchase Click on "Checkout" and pay for your purchase. Rhinosammo.com does not charge an additional processing fee on orders containing FFL items. If you have not yet selected an FFL dealer, you will have to choose one at this time. Contact the dealer and let them know you would like to receive a firearm for transfer from Rhinosammo.com. Be sure to ask about their FFL transfer fee, commonly around $25 but varies by state. If you agree to their fee, (We will arrange the transfer with your FFL dealer) You must put your chosen FFL Address into Your SHIPPING ADDRESS on the Check-out Page! If you have questions or concerns please CONTACT US or log-in to our website to access Live Chat. We will be happy to address your concerns. Purchasing Step 4 - Pick Up Your Gun At The FFL 4. Pick Up Your Gun At The FFL & Hit The Range Once your gun arrives at the FFL, go to that dealer to complete the background check and transfer process and pay any applicable fees and taxes. Check your local laws about what documents or identification you'll need to take with you to complete the transfer. VERY IMPORTANT! Once the firearm is ready to be picked up at your FFL, Please INSPECT THE FIREARM THOROUGHLY to make sure it is exactly what you ordered and that there are no defects with the firearm. If there are any problems whatsoever, DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER !! All Sales are Final. After: Once you accept the transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Any returns to RhinosAmmo.com AFTER accepting the transfer from your dealer you MAY be charged a restocking fee. Now hit the range with your brand-new gun and enjoy!
